With the three fixes above (No booking or ordering link on the website; Structured data is incomplete; The server turns AI crawlers away at the door), the score would be about 89.7%. That would be 10th of 429 in Bali cafes and bars, up from 215th.
What to fix first
- No booking or ordering link on the website +13 points
There's only a phone number or WhatsApp, and agents can't use those yet. If you take bookings or orders through a platform, link to it from the site so agents can find it. Add a booking or ordering page. How to fix it
- Structured data is incomplete +7 points
Missing: address, telephone, opening hours. How to fix it
- The server turns AI crawlers away at the door +6.7 points
Requests as GPTBot (http_403), ClaudeBot (http_403) were refused, but a normal browser got the page. That's usually a bot list at the host or in a firewall that the owner never chose. Ask the host to allow these user agents. How to fix it
- robots.txt blocks GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended +3.7 points
These are the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI features. Remove the Disallow lines for them, or add explicit Allow rules. How to fix it
- No llms.txt no points, but worth doing
Optional for now and cheap to add. It's a short text file that describes the business for language models. How to fix it

Already right
- Structured data found (Person) no address, phone or hours in it
