Stampede runs on the business's own domain. The booking or the order goes to the business, which stays the seller of record. An agent that reaches the site can act there.
May an agent use Stampede?
Not stated. The terms do not address an agent acting for a person (several bar scraping or data extraction only), could not be read on the date given, or the vendor has not been researched yet.
Not researched yet. The terms do not address an agent acting for a person (several bar scraping or data extraction only), could not be read on the date given, or the vendor has not been researched yet. The vendor's own page wins over anything written here. To correct it, write to hello@directindex.org. For every vendor, see vendor terms for agents. 1 of its sites offer a channel an agent could use to transact (UCP, ACP, MCP or an ordering vendor that takes agent orders). This is measured but doesn't count toward the score.
Can an agent act on the Stampede page?
A browser opens the direct booking or ordering page and looks for the controls an agent needs, such as date, time, party size, add to cart and prices. It never fills in or submits anything.
