Providing our members with 96 units of superior-quality, affordable housing. Swansea Village Co-operative was built in 1956, became a co-operative in 1980, and is situated on Coe Hill Drive which runs between Windermere Avenue on the north to the Queensway (westbound) on the south. The three lowrise buildings are set on the east side of the street bordering a natural ravine and Catfish Pond, home to swans, ducks, geese and a myriad of colourful songbirds. The co-op is ideally located convenient to public transit with a bus stop (77 Swansea bus to Runnymede station on the Bloor line) directly across the street and the Queen 501 streetcar at the south end of the street. We are steps from Lake Ontario’s Sunnyside Beach; a short walk from High Park, Toronto’s largest park, and a short distance from Toronto’s famed Bloor Wes
