Welcome Aboard The Queensland Omnibus & Coach Society Inc. is a charitable organisation which has been preserving and recording Queensland’s passenger transport heritage since July 1996. We are a group of dedicated volunteers who actively restore and preserve historic buses, research public transport history, and are the owner and operator of Queensland’s first and only dedicated bus museum, known as the Brisbane Transport Museum. Unlike other automotive groups, the club itself owns a fleet of 24 historical buses and coaches that range from 1938 to 1996 models. These vehicles are preserved by our volunteer members for the benefit of future generations. The club is largely funded by donations and in-kind support from generous suppliers and members of the community. The Brisbane Transport Museum is proudly sponsored by Brisbane City Council.
