The free report says whether AI agents can use blackswanhealth.com.au (C) today. The owner plan keeps checking. Every month, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are asked again where to find, book and order from Black Swan Health. You get what changed in plain sentences, with the score, the rank and what to fix next. There's no account. The link in the email is your login.
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are asked where to find, book and order from Black Swan Health, the way people ask, with web search on. Each answer is compared with last month's, and any change is written as a sentence, for example: "Claude now links to your site for 'where to book'; last month it sent people to a marketplace."
One email per change, at most one a day, to the address above, saying what was fixed and what broke.
The site is rescanned every week instead of every month, so a fix shows up within days, and the badge updates with it.
Every full scan is kept and drawn as a line on the plan page. A sentence under it says whether the score went up, down or stayed flat, and since when.
The plan reads your menu and gives you an HTML page to paste, with every item and price as text and the MenuItem block agents read. It's made again when your menu changes.
The plan page as a PDF after each round, to keep or to pass on to whoever runs your site.
The index gives your direct links to agents through its registry, and your direct record shows how many followed them. This costs nothing extra.
The deep report (5 EUR, once) asks ten questions and compares you with the places around you. The plan asks three questions every month and tells you what changed. Many owners get the report first and the plan after. The deep report.
Why it costs anything. Reading, scanning, claiming and alerts are free. Each question sent to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini costs a few cents and the servers run every day, so the parts that ask the assistants for you cost a few euros. That money pays those costs.
The free report and its rescans stay free. The plan adds the monthly checks and has no effect on the score. The site takes no money from marketplaces, and paying doesn't change the ranking. Questions: hello@directindex.org.
