Counts are over the 42 reachable sites, latest scan of each. Listings come from OpenStreetMap; businesses without a website of their own are counted but not scanned. 13 more have an address that no longer answers (dead domain, bad certificate or server down); they count next to the businesses without a website and stay out of the ranking.
Each kind of business is its own index, scanned the same way. This page is the cafes and bars index.

0 of 42 reachable sites expose a rail an agent could transact through. Measured, not scored.
A rail is a UCP profile, an ACP discovery document, an MCP server card, or an ordering vendor that takes orders placed by assistants (Square and Toast, and any vendor whose terms allow agents). Counted from the latest scan of each site; older scans were not measured. Methodology · vendor terms for agents.
