Peek runs on the business's own domain: the booking or the order lands with the business, which stays the merchant of record. An agent that reaches the site can act there.
Not stated. The terms do not address an agent acting for a person (several bar scraping or data extraction only), could not be read on the date given, or the vendor has not been researched yet.
Not researched yet. The vendor's own page wins over anything written here; write to hello@directindex.org to correct it. All vendors: vendor terms for agents.
A browser opens the direct booking or ordering page and looks for the controls an agent needs (date, time, party size, add to cart, prices); it never fills or submits anything.
