Happy hour daily 5-7pm.OUR STORYOnce upon a time when we first opened “The Resistance” in Hawthorn, we remember being inspired by a movie called “The Chef”. We were so inspired, we even baked a real Cuban bread with lard and served the first real and authentic Miami style Cuban sandwich in all of Melbourne back in 2015!We had only 1 burger on our menu when we started, the almighty “SUPREMO DE RESISTANCE”. Everyone went crazy over it because almost all the burgers outside of Resistance in the pretentious branded world tasted the same, made with buns bought from a mass production bakery, meat from a factory, and ingredients from god knows where. We sure made a huge difference by doing everything from scratch, even today. We still are the underrated legends who bake beautiful authentic buns daily, freshly whip our own sauces in house, shape patties by hand, source local products and support local suppliers. In 2015 we believed that we could serve an exclusive item of food in our grungy little basement, where much more was happening other than just food and drinks. In 2024 we relocated to a bigger venue with a beautiful courtyard and continue to put more focus on food and bring you even more wonderful creations, s ``` Facts ## What it can say about the business | A business type in JSON-LD | Organization | | Name | The Resistance Burgers, Bar and Cafe | | Telephone | no | | Address | no | | Opening hours | no | | Menu or price list | a menu or price-list page in HTML theresistance.net.au/menu/ | | Cuisine in structured data | no | | JSON-LD blocks | 1 (BreadcrumbList, EntryPoint, ImageObject, ListItem, Organization, PropertyValueSpecification) | Actions ## The links it would act on | Link | Role | Where it goes | | --- | --- | --- | | [theresistance.net.au/order-online/](https://theresistance.net.au/order-online/) | ordering | the business's own site | | [theresistance.net.au/bookings/](https://theresistance.net.au/bookings/) | booking | the business's own site | | [freedom-hospitality-pty-ltd.square.site/s/order](https://freedom-hospitality-pty-ltd.square.site/s/order) | ordering | square, acting for the business | | [app.squareup.com/gift/ML5VV9W3096V5/order](https://app.squareup.com/gift/ML5VV9W3096V5/order) | ordering | square, acting for the business | | [www.ubereats.com/au/store/the-resistance-bar-and-burgers-hawthorn/2e9b](https://www.ubereats.com/au/store/the-resistance-bar-and-burgers-hawthorn/2e9bET40U4GI4UkE8UgOgw?diningMode=DELIVERY&pl=JTdCJTIyYWRkcmVzcyUyMiUzQSUyMjQxMiUyMEJ1cndvb2QlMjBSb2FkJTIyJTJDJTIycmVmZXJlbmNlJTIyJTNBJTIyNTgwYWQyOTUtMjMzNy03MmUwLWEyNDktYWVlMjk4MDY0YzkxJTIyJTJDJTIycmVmZXJlbmNlVHlwZSUyMiUzQSUyMnViZXJfcGxhY2VzJTIyJTJDJTIybGF0aXR1ZGUlMjIlM0EtMzcuODIzMTM3OSUyQyUyMmxvbmdpdHVkZSUyMiUzQTE0NS4wMzgzNzYzJTdE&ps=1) | ordering | ubereats, a marketplace | | [www.doordash.com/en-AU/store/the-resistance-bar-and-burgers-hawthorn-3](https://www.doordash.com/en-AU/store/the-resistance-bar-and-burgers-hawthorn-31107159/) | ordering | doordash, a marketplace | Everything here comes from fetching the homepage once as a crawler.
