An AI assistant can open Metro Physio's website. It can't find a menu or price list, so it answers from other sites. It finds a way to book or order directly, through eubook.nookal.com.

## What to fix first
- **Appointments through an unrecognised third party.** (+9 points) Check that the provider keeps your business as the seller of record. Guide: https://directindex.org/guides/book-direct-on-your-own-website
- **No list of services and prices found.** (+7 points) Agents answer 'what do they treat and what does it cost?' from directories instead. Add a page that lists services and prices as text, and link to it from the homepage. Guide: https://directindex.org/guides/menu-pdf-ai
- **No llms.txt.** (no points, but worth doing) Optional for now and cheap to add. It's a short text file that describes the business for language models. Guide: https://directindex.org/guides/llms-txt-for-a-business

## Fix kit: What to paste

llms.txt. Save as /llms.txt at the root of the site.
