## What to fix first
- **The site turns away every visitor that isn't a browser, AI agents included.** (+25 points) A plain fetch was refused (TimeoutError: The operation was aborted due to timeout). Only a real browser got the page. Every AI crawler and agent gets turned away the same way, so Reachable scores 0 and the rest is measured on the page as the browser rendered it. Ask the host to let the AI user agents through. Guide: https://directindex.org/guides/blocking-ai-crawlers-without-knowing
- **Appointments through an unrecognised third party.** (+9 points) Check that the provider keeps your business as the seller of record. Guide: https://directindex.org/guides/book-direct-on-your-own-website
- **No price list of services found.** (+7 points) Agents answer 'what do they offer and what does it cost?' from marketplaces and directories instead. Add a page that lists services and prices as text, and link to it from the homepage. Guide: https://directindex.org/guides/menu-pdf-ai
- **Structured data is incomplete.** (+3 points) Missing: opening hours. Guide: https://directindex.org/guides/structured-data-restaurant

## What the site tells visitors (Measured, not scored)
- **The footer says © 2018.** Visitors and assistants may read that year as the last time anyone looked after the site. In San Diego, 67% of comparable sites that show a year say 2025 or later.
- **16 prices on the landing page, the middle one $119.** In San Diego, the middle price of comparable sites that show prices is $72.50.

```
## Already right
- **Structured data found (LocalBusiness).** address, phone
