So why choose ExerciseCoreMobilization Physical Therapy? It is what we believe are the fundamental, but most encompassing forms of treatment. Exercise-no form of rehabilitation can be performed without proper exercise of the injured and supportive regions. Core-the center or foundation of the body. Without proper strength of these central muscles, the body can not move properly and will result in a faulty structure and posture. Mobilization-proper movement and mechanics require the natural “flow” of the muscles and joints. When these tissues become restricted in their movement, mobilization of these tissues can help restore the proper movement and function. These three components: Exercise, Core, Mobilization all work together to keep the body functioning at their best.
