I will continue operating until January 1, 2027. During the following three months, I will focus on seeing postoperative patients, performing small procedures, and providing Botox and filler injections. Dr. Landon Perry is another solo plastic surgeon I have known for many years. His office is in the same building as mine. He will become the custodian of all my medical records once my office officially closes. He would be an excellent resource for your ongoing plastic surgery needs. His office can be reached by calling (972) 981-7940, and his team will be happy to assist you. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or to another person you designate only with your permission. If you plan to continue with Dr. Perry, you can sign an authorization to release your files to Dr. Perry on your next visit. If you choose to see a different physician, please contact the office as quickly as possible to obtain an authorization form for your records so we may transfer your records to you or your new doctor. It has been my privilege and honor to serve as your plastic surgeon. Even so, I will truly and deeply miss seeing and caring for so many people whom I have come to think of not only as patients but also as friends. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the trust you have placed in me over the years.
